How We Work

A direct, principal-led engagement model

Six stages, one continuous thread — from first conversation to a system that's actually running in the field.

  1. Step 1

    Initial Consultation

    • Understand the ask — project type, urgency, and constraints
    • Identify the right service line among our advisory domains
    • Outline a scope and a realistic timeline expectation
  2. Step 2

    Site Visit & Technical Assessment

    • On-ground assessment of water source, soil, terrain, and existing infrastructure
    • Review of any prior surveys, DPRs, or technical documentation
    • Identification of constraints that don't show up on paper
  3. Step 3

    Standards & Regulatory Mapping

    • Mapping the relevant BIS/ISO codes and government scheme requirements
    • Identifying NOC, licensing, or certification requirements
    • Flagging compliance risks early, before design work begins
  4. Step 4

    Engineering Design

    • Hydraulic design, system layout, or infrastructure planning specific to the service line
    • Iteration based on client feedback and site realities
    • Vendor-neutral component and material selection
  5. Step 5

    Documentation & Reporting

    • Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), technical drawings, and compliance documentation
    • Formatted for execution, certification, or government submission
    • Reviewed line-by-line before handover
  6. Step 6

    Execution Support & Handover

    • Technical advisory during installation or construction
    • Commissioning support and performance verification
    • Ongoing availability after handover — not a one-time deliverable
